Why we built ClubLantern

We ran into the same problems in our own clubs: attendance that was hard to track, disorganized meeting plans, and schedules scattered across different tools.

We wanted to fix those problems without making everyone use 20 different tools. So we built ClubLantern to keep members, attendance, meetings, and events together in one app.

Frequently asked questions

ClubLantern is an app for running a high school club. Announcements, meetings, events, attendance, service hours, and club money are all in it.

High school club members, executives, and advisors. Members use it to see what’s next and to check in at meetings. Executives and advisors use it to run the club.

Clubs with up to 50 members can use it for free. Bigger clubs need ClubLantern Plus, and so do clubs that want sign-ups, service hours, groups, money tracking, or Google sync. Plus is priced by club size. See pricing

No. Members pay the club directly, and executives record the payments in ClubLantern. Only executives and advisors can see the club’s money. Members see what they owe and nothing else.
